Live Chat Session:
Note: Completing online exercises, forum posts and submitting
assignments are mandatory
during the whole course
Webinar:

Students will be send link of webinar with date, time
(same as mentioned above), through email.

On the announced date and time Webinar will be conducted and students are expected to be log
in and interact during and after it. They can ask questions and facilitator
will respond during webinar.

Webinar start on sharp time so login about 10
minutes before the announced time.

Any unanswered question can be asked by posting on
session's forum on moodle (course website) or live in chat room.
-
After webinar, its recording will be available under the link of Webinar Recordings.

Recordings will be available till the last day of
course.
Note:
-
If there is some problem at the student side
(electricity, internet connection etc) student can still see the
recording of the webinar after that (its link with password will be
emailed to them and posted on online course site).

If there is some problem with facilitator (back up
internet connection, generator, UPS will be there) and webinar not
conducted than presentation with audio will be posted on the online
course site before 8:00pm next day. Questions can be asked on the
forum or live chat on the course website.
Online Course Website (MOODLE):
Students will be provided a user id and password of
the online course.
Resource Material
-
Is available online which includes some excellent books
about biostatistics, SPSS, how to write research protocol. Also real Research Proposals available for download.

A Template research proposal as Microsoft word file is also
available for download for use to make students own research proposal.
There are total five sections linked with five
webinar session for this course.
Students should collaborate with each other and
with facilitator on the Discussion Forum of the respective sections.
Other students can also
reply to the posts.
Facilitators will be available in Chat room
of course site for synchronously
supervising the students of their respective group. Also facilitators
will guide the students and answer queries during two weeks
time in discussion forum of the online course website.
Online Exercises (MCQs) are available online for
each section which should be completed by all the students within
time.
Students will be divided into groups by the course
organizer and all assignment work will be done
in groups (each group will work on one Research Proposal under
guidance of facilitators)
After each Webinar session, you will be given
assignments with a completion deadline. Assignment details will
available on course website.
Students should complete the assignment with other
group members and facilitators in the discussion forum. Upload it in
assignment area and when finalize send them for marking. Assignment
should be submitted by any one member of the group after consultation.
Active participation on the online course
website is mandatory for learning and certificate.
e-Certificate
e-Certificate is not given to each
registered participant.
Requirement: Attendance in Webinars, Active
participation in chat, discussion, exercises and finalization of the
Research Proposal.

Awards
Most punctual and active student of each week will
be
awarded the Best Moodler of the session
(communicated with the News section of
